The inspection covers the following seven core elements to ensure that the product meets the customer's requirements:

Second, the preparation process before inspection
1. Mandate recognition
Upon receipt of the inspection task, contact the factory at the first time to understand the production progress and completion of the product.
2. Recognition of production progress
If the product is not fully completed production or packaging completion rate does not reach 80%, need to immediately report to the business followers.
3. Address confirmation
Confirm the factory address and transportation route in advance to ensure that you arrive on time and do not affect the inspection plan.

III. Goods inspection implementation process
1. Sampling
Sampling principles:
Samples should be dispersed to avoid concentrating on a particular region.
Avoid taking samples that are placed outside or pre-prepared by the factory.
The sampling process is supervised throughout to prevent swapping.
2. Marking inspection:Check whether the contents of box mark and label are consistent with the order, including name, specification, box number and gross weight.
3. Package inspection:Check whether packaging materials, methods, number of boxes, protective measures, etc. comply with the standards.
4. Style confirmation:Compare the physical object with the confirmation sample or drawing to ensure that there are no discrepancies.
5. Drop test:Drop test according to customer requirements or standards to check the protective performance of packaging.
6. Product aging test:Conduct short-term aging tests on electronic and plastic products to evaluate product stability.
7. Data and dimensional checks:Measure critical dimensions using tools such as calipers and tape measures, record and compare to required values.
8. Functional testing:Test each item according to the list of product functions to ensure that the functions work properly.

9. Full exterior workmanship inspection:Observe the appearance of the product from unboxing to testing and record defects.
10. End of inspection and acknowledgement:Confirm the problem point with the factory manager and sign and keep it as the basis for subsequent improvement or treatment.
IV. Factory collaboration
1. The inspector performs only inspection actions.
2. Unpacking, handling and other work should be completed by the factory personnel to cooperate with the factory inspector is not familiar with the factory workflow, to avoid improper operation resulting in product damage.

V. Principles for dealing with issues
1. Communicate immediately with the customer or business when problems are identified and do not make unauthorized decisions on behalf of the customer.
2. The common problems should have on-site judgment and handling ability, timely detection and timely solution.
3. If there are serious quality problems with the whole batch of products, we must obtain the customer's written “special release” before shipment to avoid liability disputes.
