Plane drop test method is to drop the goods vertically from a height of 1 meter, repeat 3 times, the same requirements of the goods shall not appear broken, deformed, loose and other phenomena. Inclined drop test is to drop the goods from a 45 degree angle, repeat 3 times, also has the corresponding standard requirements. The drop test shall comply with the international standards ISTA 1A, ISTA 2A or ASTM D5276. ISTA 1A applies to light goods, ISTA 2A applies to medium and heavy goods, and ASTM D5276 applies to goods packed in fiberboard boxes.

Third, professional plush toys inspection process

1. Pre-preparation

In the plush toys before the inspection work, do a good job of adequate preparation is essential. For the completed goods, must be photographed and look at the stacking situation and need to be counted, note that these conditions should be written in the remarks on the inspection report.

3. Commencement of inspection

  1. Drawing boxes, generally in accordance with the number of boxes 5%-10% to draw, as far as possible from the corners of the box, so as to understand the real situation of the goods. And put QC stamps on the boxes. For example, for an order of 1,000 boxes, about 50 to 100 boxes will be selected for inspection.

Verify internal and external box marking, packing situation and carton size, etc. Use the camera to take and check the outer box mark and packing situation, check the carton size, printing, packing number, ratio number, packing situation, etc.. Ensure that the packaging meets the requirements to avoid damage during transportation.
  1. Examine the product appearance, material, size and other aspects. First start from the overall appearance, the image effect has no same as the sample. Then check the product material, color, size, weight, printed text pattern and other aspects. Check whether the function of the goods is normal and whether the operation is normal. Check whether the goods are cut by the blade of the hand, there should be no hairy edges and sharp corners to cut the hand. The condition of the photographed goods includes defective products and the situation on the production line. Failed products should be labeled to show the location and categorized for statistical purposes.
  1. Check the quality of auxiliary materials. Including packaging boxes, paper cards, OPP bags, manuals, nylon ties, etc. (these depending on the specific shipment of goods). Check the information of cloth label, hanging card, bar code, etc. (Note: the bar code must be scanned). Check whether the color box is damaged or not, whether there is any crease or abrasion, whether the printing effect is good and consistent with the proofing and so on.
