One, inspection of goodsCore requirements and standards

The quality inspection of plush slippers needs to be evaluated in six main dimensions: appearance, workmanship, size measurement, material, use function and packaging.

Plush slippers inspection requirements and standards and inspection process

1. Appearance inspection

Overall look: The products should be consistent with the confirmed samples or design drawings, full shape, good symmetry, no deformity or obvious deviation.

Fabric Appearance: The pile is plump, even, and uniform in direction, with no color difference, stains, bald hairs, scabs, or obvious weaving defects. The surface is neat and clean, without breakage, scratches, color spots, fading and other problems.

Printing & Embroidery: Patterns are clear and accurately positioned, with no color overflow or misalignment. Embroidery stitches are even and smooth, with no broken threads or leaks, and the backing paper is cleanly trimmed.

2. Process inspection

Stitching process: The stitches are even and straight, with no skipped stitches, broken threads or missed stitches. The stitching line is firm, and key stress areas (such as the combination of upper and sole) need to be tested by repeated pulling and tugging to ensure that there is no risk of thread opening.

Sole bonding: The upper and the sole should be firmly bonded or stitched together, with no deglossing, cracking or overflow of glue. There should be no loose feeling when tearing by hand along the joint.

Interior Workmanship: There are no leftover threads, broken needles and other sharp foreign objects inside the shoes. The lining material is laid flat, without folds or lumps, to ensure the comfort of wearing.

3. Dimensional measurements

Use accurate calipers or a tape measure to measure key dimensions such as the inside length, inside width, overall length, and overall height of the slipper.

Measurements need to be in accordance with the order specifications, usually with an allowable dimensional tolerance range of ±0.5cm.

Dimensions should be consistent between products in the same lot.

4. Material inspection

Fabrics & Fillings: Verify that the actual plush fabrics and lining fillings used are consistent with the confirmed samples and order specifications.

Sole Material: Check whether the material of the sole (e.g. EVA, TPR, PVC, etc.) meets the requirements and test its anti-slip performance.

5. Functions of use

This is the top priority of the inspection and relates to the user's experience and safety.

Physical safety: For slippers with decorations, a 90N tensile test is required to ensure that small parts will not be easily pulled down to prevent the risk of swallowing by children.

Sharp edges/tips: Inspect the product all over to make sure there are no sharp edges, tips or metal residues that could scratch the skin.

6. Packaging inspection

Packaging materials: The bags/boxes are intact, clean and undamaged. Packaged in a way that protects the product effectively.

Marking and Marking: Check whether the information on the hangtags and labels is accurate and complete, usually including: product name, specification, material composition, implementation standards, manufacturer information, washing instructions, etc.

The text and graphics on all signs are clearly printed and error-free.

Two, goods inspection process

We follow a set of scientific and rigorous process to ensure the objectivity and fairness of the test results.

Step 1: Pre-preparation

Confirmation of customers' purchase orders, product information, confirmation samples, and other information.

Sampling plan development: In accordance with international standards (e.g. ISO 2859-1 / ANSI Z1.4) or customer-specific requirements, determine the level of inspection and acceptable quality limits, and randomly select representative samples from the entire batch of goods.

Step 2: On-site inspection and enforcement

Environmental inspection: Ensure that the inspection site is well lit and clean.

Sample Sampling: In the warehouse, in accordance with the sampling plan, randomly selected a specified number of products.

Sequential Inspection: In accordance with the above "Core Requirements and Standards", the samples are inspected one by one for appearance, workmanship, dimensions, marking and packaging, and the defects are recorded in detail.

Functional tests: Necessary physical safety tests (e.g., small parts tension test, bonding firmness test) are performed on some of the samples.

Data Recording: Use professional inspection report forms to clearly record each inspection result and take photos of defective products for archiving.

Step 3: Analysis of results and report issuance

Defect statistics: Count the number of defects of each category and categorize them according to their severity (Critical, Major, Minor).

Determination of results: Based on the sampling plan and AQL standards, the shipment is determined to be "Accepted", "Rejected" or "Pending".

Report Generation: Within 24 hours after the inspection, we will provide you with a professional and detailed inspection report. The report includes: inspection summary, defect description, defect photos, measurement data, final conclusions and reference recommendations.
