Two,Exterior Inspection

Whether the tree's circumference and height at each level after the tree has been assembled meet the requirements of the order.

If the tree foot is made of plastic, take the stump and see if the iron pipe will put the plastic through the bottom.

The length and thickness of the leaves are in accordance with the order.

Whether the number of branching branches is consistent with the order.

Check whether it is easy to open the branch (it should be assembled with the assistance of the factory, check whether the actual assembly steps are in line with the instructions, whether the degree of difficulty is suitable for consumers, and if tools are required for the assembly process, whether they are attached with the product package, and if they are not attached, whether they are labeled on the instruction manual to indicate the tools required).

Four,Size and weight check

Whether the weight of the product conforms to the sample, order and product details.

Check the dimensions: tree circumference dimensions, the large width of the branch when it is fully open.

Use a tape measure to measure the height of the tree as ordered and labeled.

Is the total number of branches as ordered.

Are the leaves of the tree consistent in thickness.

Five,stability testing

Place the assembled Christmas tree on an 8 degree slope and rotate the entire tree to a position where it is easy to tip over and the product cannot be tipped over. If the product comes with decorations assemble all the decorations as required and test.

Six,Flame Retardant Test

Christmas trees and Christmas decorations generally have flame retardant requirements, that is, the materials that make up the product and in contact with the source of ignition, when the source of ignition is removed, the fire on the product should be extinguished immediately.

Test method: take the corresponding parts of the product under test, light it with a lighter, quickly remove the lighter source of fire, and observe whether the fire on the product goes out immediately.

Seven,Strength check

Christmas tree branches are required to withstand a 2KG pulling force over 10S.

Christmas tree branches and leaves are required to withstand a 0.5KG tensile force over 10S.

Lanyards for decorative items are required to withstand 2 times the weight of the product.

Decorations are required to withstand a 0.5KG tensile force over 10S.
